The First Sighting
It started when a woman named Renata Veloso spotted strange lights from her apartment. She called the local Military Police commander, Captain Eisenhower Guerck Austríaco. He stepped outside and saw the same thing, bright objects moving in ways that didn’t make sense for planes or helicopters.
The Police Give Chase
Captain Austríaco immediately sent a patrol car with several officers to investigate. As they drove along the MG-260 highway, they spotted a large rectangular object with oval sides, about the size of a small bus, emitting bright white light like xenon headlights. It had an opening running along its middle.

The Police officers left their vehicle and approached on foot through a sugarcane field. The object suddenly rose into the air and disappeared from sight at incredible speed with no sound or sonic booms.
The Luminous Humanoid Beings
The next night, November 20, things got even stranger. While patrolling near a sugarcane plantation, officers spotted two small luminous beings floating above the ground. The creatures were humanoid in shape but emitted their own light and moved without touching the earth.

But the being moved very quickly and seemed to defy normal physics like they were floating instead of using their legs to move, it looked very bizarre to the Police officers chasing them. The officers also managed to take photographs during the encounter.

What sets the Cláudio Case apart is the paperwork. Seven military police officers signed an official boletim de ocorrência (incident report). The document describes the UFOs, the chase, and the luminous beings in clear, professional language. Three photographs were attached as evidence.
